Tatertot Casserole
Tatertot Casserole is a dish that Susana brought to the family and it has become one of our comfort foods. It's easy to make a large casserole dish portion, which takes care of several dinners and lunches.
Ingredients
1 bag tatertots
1 box frozen broccoli
1/2 lb lean ground beef or turkey
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can French's french-fried onions
1/2 lb grated cheese
Directions
- Brown the meat
- Warm the tatertots in the oven for 15 minutes
- Combine the meat, broccoli, Cream of Celery, and half of the cheese in a large bowl and mix
- Pull the tatertots out of the oven and spread the contents of the bowl evenly over the top
- Put casserole dish back in oven and bake at xxx degrees for xxx minutes
- Spread remaining cheese and French-fried onions over the top
