Photographing Your Miniatures

To be honest, I don't have much experience with this. I'm still learning how to take good pictures. However, I found a couple of articles that helped out a lot:

Using the instructions above, I built my own light tent. It cost all of $6.31 and about 30 minutes of work. Here it is:

Here's a picture of a miniature I took inside it. At first, I thought it looked a little dark, but the shot turned out just fine.

After futzing around a bit, I went out an bought a commercial light tent I found on e-bay. It wasn't too expensive, is collapsable, and came with 2 lights, which makes it very convenient. Here's what my photo studio looks like now:
